The photo above is a self-portrait sticking out of my Polaroid camera. I shot it today after reading that the new owner of Polaroid will resume production of it’s instant films at it’s Polaroid factory in Enschede, Amsterdam. Below is a photo of my old Suzuki Sidekick shot and colored, back in 1996.
The new owner has also set up a Polaroid sparing web site Polanoid.net
Today is my birthday. And I’m not posting this so everyone emails me to say happy birthday. I just wanted to show off what might be the most KICK ASS birthday cake ever. And yes it is a ice cream cake.
