The Bike Film Festival is going to be in Milwaukee this weekend on August 27 – 28 at The Times Cinema. Friday night’s movie, at 7:00pm, is The Birth of Big Air. For a list of movies and showtimes check out the link above.

Warm, Spring-like weather fell upon Milwaukee this week, so I pulled out my bicycle. As I rode through Milwaukee’s Walker Point/Fifth Ward I saw this poster on the fence of an antique store.
Google will be adding turn by turn bike directions to Google Maps. It is in the beta stage right now and doesn’t work everywhere yet. The goal of the map is to get you from point A to point B by using a combination of bike lanes, bike paths and city streets.
The Birth of Big Air is a new film by Spike Jonze, Jeff Tremaine and Johnny Knoxville about Mat Hoffman. The film is part of the ESPN 30 for 30 series.
