37 miles from Lake Mills, WI. to Madison, WI. most of it was on the Glacial Drumlin bike trail.   Then we hit the Madison trail system and after with a couple missed turns, and a short trip on a highway we had no business being on with our bikes, we got to Ale Asylem Brewery. After a great lunch and a good conversation with the bartender and one of the locals sitting at the pub we were off to Karben4 Brewery for a pre dinner drink.

It has been a great week of racing so far but this Saturday is the crown jewel in Wisconsin Cycling.This Saturday is the the Downer Classic which is the biggest one lap pay out in all of Professional Cycling and is a really good time!  A beautiful 65 mile ride from Milwaukee, WI to Lake Mills, WI along the Glacial Drumlin State Trail. We had a great lunch at MAMA D’s in Wales, WI. and ended the day with a flight of beer at Tyranena Brewery.

Maxine and I had a brunch date today. We stopped at the Mad Rooster Cafe in Milwaukee.

I was out location scouting yesterday in Milwaukee.

Tandem Foods is going to be at the Riverwest Gardeners Market on Sunday, June 15th from 10 – 4. It’s located in Garden Park on the corner of Locust and Bremen – 821 E. Locust St.

We’ll have your favorite jams, including Put The Lime in The Coconut, Rhu-berry, Milwaukee Mango, Mango Tango, and of course Jalapeno.

We’re also rolling out our blueberry series that includes Sweet Dreams, Blue Cinn and The Bruiser.
