First day back on the bike after RAW!

Here’s a giant shout out to the Bike Fed of Wisconsin and Wheel & Sprocket for putting together one of the best organized and supporting rides I have ever participated in!

Sometime you need to trade in your training day for bicycle tune up day. Only six days till RAW!!!

I spent the morning out at Pike Lake training for Ride Across Wisconsin! And then stopped at Dr. Dawg for a Veggie Chicago dog before we went bike shopping for Maxine.

Only ten day’s till RAW

Today was the first time I’m been on my bike in 8 days after dealing with Benign Positional Vertigo.

Yesterday stop of the Tour of America’s Dairyland was the Bay View Classic. Fun with my iPhone 6 & Instagram!!!
