Up and at it this morning with 15 flights of stairs down at the lake from! This mornings breakfast is fueled by Probar!

I’ve been off my bike most of 2019 so far. Just taking a break why doing HIIT, core and yoga training. But it was nice to stop into Wheel & Sprocket and ride for an hour¬†this morning!!!

I coached my 45 min. spin calls this morning at The WAC and then spent time doing some core work and stretching.

It was a hot one today out on the Hank Aaron Trail.

RECOVERY DAY!!! Just went out to spin out the legs!
