Registration is now open for the 2016 indoor Training Hub at all Wheel & Sprocket stores. I will be coaching the 8:30AM Saturday morning class at the Fox Point store again this session. The 10-week program runs from January 5 through March 15.

As we do every year on the Friday after Thanksgiving we loaded the dogs in the car and headed out to one of WI’s State Parks. This year’s hike was at Kohler Andrae State Park.
