This winter will be outside running. As I start to train for a 5k this spring!!!

I have a fin run this morning. And according to Strava, it was my second best time for a 1-mile run!

It was a little chilly for this mornings run!

Today was Wild Workout and Wellness’ 13th annual 5k Thanksgiving day Turkey Trot. We got to run along the shores of beautiful Lake Michigan.
