This Saturday my friends at Wheel & Sprocket will be hosting the first Railway Rougaix in Fond Du Lac, WI.

Registration is now open for the 2016 indoor Training Hub at all Wheel & Sprocket stores. I will be coaching the 8:30AM Saturday morning class at the Fox Point store again this session. The 10-week program runs from January 5 through March 15.
