I’m super happy with my run in yesterday’s Wild Workout Turkey Trot 5K. I shaved 43 seconds off my PR from two years ago! Thank you to Runners’ World for the 5K training program!!!

Training for this years Wild Workouts & Wellness Turkey Trot 5K has started. 7 weeks and ounting! This weekstraining is two 1 mile run/walks with a 3 min run and 1 min walk.
