Sad little bike.

I’ve been off my bike most of 2019 so far. Just taking a break why doing HIIT, core and yoga training. But it was nice to stop into Wheel & Sprocket and ride for an hour this morning!!!

What a great weekend of cross country skiing at the Nordic Trail in the Kettle Moraine and Whitnall Park in Milwaukee.  

Milwaukee is currently experiencing a polar vortex. Be safe people!!!
