Week number two in the book. And I started a 30-day yoga challenge on Youtube using Yoga with Adriene.

Yesterday we lost a great man and a good friend to cancer.

I have a fin run this morning. And according to Strava, it was my second best time for a 1-mile run!

Yesterday I was on location at Jay-Bee Collision Repair Center in Kenosha, for Fender Bender magazine.
