One week down and five more to go! Here is my training for the week. Day 1: Run 3 mins, walk 3 mins. Repeat 4 times. Day 2: Run 3 mins, walk 3 mins. Repeat 4 times.

So I am going to use Runners’ World 5K training program. It’s a three day a week training schedule. Here is week 1. Day 1: Run 1 min, walk 1 min. Repeat 10 times. Day 2: Run 2 mins, walk 4 mins. Repeat 5 times. Day 3:Run 2 mins, walk 4 mins. Repeat 5 times.
