So I am going to use Runners’ World 5K training program.

It’s a three day a week training schedule.

Here is week 1.

Day 1: Run 1 min, walk 1 min. Repeat 10 times.

Day 2: Run 2 mins, walk 4 mins. Repeat 5 times.

Day 3:Run 2 mins, walk 4 mins. Repeat 5 times.
