I’m super happy with my run in yesterday’s Wild Workout Turkey Trot 5K. I shaved 43 seconds off my PR from two years ago! Thank you to Runners’ World for the 5K training program!!!

This Sunday Burnhearts will hold a Curry Cookoff. $12 for 4 samples. $1 each additional sample or bring a non-perishable food item and get extra samples per item. What a great weekend of hiking, food, and beer in Rocky Mountain National Park. We hiked Moose Meadows, Estes lake, Lily Ridge Trail and Storm Pass.
