1935 – 2023

Tis the night before Christmas… And all through the house, not a creature is stirring, except for our loud dogs! As Maxine and I get ready to sit down for our Christmas Eve tradition – a soft candlelight romantic dinner of tater tots & broccoli cheese tots, and a good old holiday B horror movie – we just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Holiday!!!! As, I know you are dying to find out, this year’s movie is the 2023 hit “Santa Isn’t Real”

All the training is behind me. Today was the big day, the 2023 Turkey Trot!

I am happy with my run. The official numbers for this year’s 5K are in with a time of 30:10 with a pace of 9:47, that puts me in 3rd place for my age group!!

The holidays can be hard, so make sure your friends are OK!
