This Saturday is the 7th annual Milwaukee Bike Swap. December 13th at Riverside High School from 10AM – 3PM
$5 gets you in the door and all the money raised goes to benefit the WI Bike Fed.
Vendors include everyone from your favorite Milwaukee bike shop to the dude down the block cleaning out his garage.

1# frozen cranberries
7oz sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup lime juice
3 egg yolks
Bring cranberries and 1/2 cup water to a simmer in saucepan.
Reduce heat to medium, and cook 10 minutes, or until berries have burst and are tender. Cool. Blend in food processor until smooth. (you should have about 1 cup puree.)
Transfer puree to bowl, and whisk in condensed milk, lime juice and egg yolks.
Preheat oven & pie crust to 300ºF, Bake 23 to 28 minutes. Cool, then chill until firm.
