Today’s workout was a 30 minute HIIT workout.

5 Min warm-up

20 min HIIT.

1 min sprint, 1 min rest

1 min low gear high cadence, 1 min rest

1 min high gear, 1 min rest

1 min climb “add a gear or 2 every 10 scends” 1 min rest

repeat.

5 min cooldown
