This Sunday Burnhearts will hold a Curry Cookoff. $12 for 4 samples. $1 each additional sample or bring a non-perishable food item and get extra samples per item. Great Milwaukee restaurants are donating time & food to support this event with all curry Proceeds going to the 2020 Bay View Pumpkin Pavilion & food donations to the Hunger Task Force of Milwaukee.

What a great weekend of hiking, food, and beer in Rocky Mountain National Park.
We hiked Moose Meadows, Estes lake, Lily Ridge Trail and Storm Pass.
I’m now at the HALF WAY POINT!!! Feeling good and going strong.

It’s a three day a week training schedule.

Training for this years Wild Workouts & Wellness Turkey Trot 5K has started. 7 weeks and ounting!
This weekstraining is two 1 mile run/walks with a 3 min run and 1 min walk.
